This started with burnout.

After collapsing at the finish line of the London Marathon, I had a bit of a wake up call and knew something had to change.

I left my career in Finance and began rebuilding - through surfing, yoga, meditation, and reconnecting with my body.

Along the way, what helped most was meeting people who had been through something similar and who could say, "I get it," or simply show what working through it might look like.

The purpose of Untapped is to open up the conversation around burnout, let go of the stigma, and help people live in a way that feels more balanced, honest, and free.

Burnout can make you feel like you're the only one who's struggling and like everyone else has it together. But you're not alone and don't need to go at it alone.

So Untapped is here to bring people together - to share real stories, to provide an opportunity to listen and to support one another through the ups and downs.
